The Leadership Training Team organized a field tour with the participation of members of the 28th basic Leadership Course, with the aim of enhancing practical knowledge and exposure to national and security institutions.
The tour included a visit to the Martyr Yasser Arafat Museum and the museum director, Mr. Muhammad Halayqa, was received. The visit included an introductory tour inside the museum presented by specialized female employees, which included a detailed explanation of the museum's collections and history.
The participants also visited the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Police Directorate, where the Director of Public Relations at the Police, Colonel /Moath Jabr and the Director of Police Operations, Lieutenant Colonel /Fadi Barham, were at the reception, and listened to an explanation about the nature of the work and the daily tasks carried out by the Directorate.
The tour included a visit to the Ramallah and Al-Bireh District Command, where they were received by the Director of Joint Operations Lieutenant Colonel /Tariq Al-Beshtawi, and were briefed on the progress of work inside the Joint Operations Room, in addition to a tour of the command departments.
This tour comes as part of the course plan to provide participants with practical field experiences that contribute to developing their leadership abilities.
