The honoring ceremony took place in the historic Mariinsky Palace, the official headquarters of the city's Legislative Council, in the official presence, where the award is given by the Youth Council of the Legislative Council, after a strong competition that included 123 projects in five categories, and only one winner for each category.
The student won the award in the category “Dialogue of Cultures” dedicated to foreign students, through his project “Bridge between Cultures”, which aims to enhance cultural understanding between peoples and represent Arab and Palestinian culture in Russian academic forums.
