Today Wednesday, GMTC launched the "basic Trainer Preparation" course, which was implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Interior Training Center, and targeted a group of GMTC's members as part of efforts to develop the human cadre and enhance their training capabilities.
The course combined theoretical , applied sessions and addressed the latest modern methods and concepts in the fields of effective training, presentation methods, communication, and training performance evaluation in line with the requirements of institutional work and serving the aspirations of the training body to prepare competent trainers capable of transferring knowledge and experience effectively.
In his speech during the ceremony, the Director of Training Programs Implementation at the Ministry of Interior, Fadi Hamadneh, stressed the importance of this partnership with GMTC, praising the level of commitment and professionalism shown by the participants, and stressing that effective training is the basic pillar for building strong security institutions capable of keeping pace with challenges.
Hamadneh also pointed out that this course constitutes a successful model for integration between security training institutions, calling for continued cooperation in the areas of capacity building and exchange of experiences.
