The Leadership Training Team at GMTC organized a specialized lecture entitled “Money Laundering”, presented by Dr. Firas Marar, Director of Financial Follow-up, to members of the twenty-third senior officers course.
The lecturer was received by Staff Major General / Mahmoud Haroun, who welcomed him and thanked him for his efforts, stressing the importance of these financial issues in raising the efficiency of officers and enhancing their cognitive abilities in facing contemporary challenges.
The lecture addressed the concept of money laundering, its stages and methods, in addition to the legal framework and preventive measures followed to combat it, stressing the importance of financial awareness and the role of the security services in confronting this crime that affects the economic security of the state.
