GMTC organized a specialized training course entitled "Internal Audit Practices According to the International Standard ISO 9001", presented by Dr. Muhammad Al-Dalq from the Palestinian Standards and Metrology Organization, and targeted GMTC's quality coordinators as part of its efforts to prepare for the upcoming internal audit process.
Dr. Al-Dalq discussed the principles, types and objectives of auditing, in addition to the mechanisms for managing the auditing process in accordance with international standards, in a way that ensures achieving efficiency and quality in institutional performance.
This course aims to enhance the capabilities of quality coordinators and raise the level of readiness to implement internal audits effectively, in line with comprehensive quality standards and GMTC's orientations towards institutional excellence
