The Leadership Training Project organized the final exam for the special presentations of the 23rd Senior Officers Course, at AL-Istiqlal University Theater, in the presence of Administrative Deputy Brigadier/ Dr. Ali Ayada, Military Deputy President of the University, Brigadier / Zaher Sabah, along with the leadership training team for senior officers.
38 officers submitted their required individual presentations, as part of one of the basic requirements of the course, reviewing the cognitive and leadership skills they acquired during the training period.
The supervisors stressed the importance of this exam, which is a pivotal station within the training program, as it aims to hone the skills of officers and raise their capabilities in presentation, analysis, and decision-making in various professional and security situations.
This exam is part of a series of requirements that participants are subject to, to measure their level of progress and the extent to which they benefit from the training provided during the course stage.
