GMTC graduates a protocol and etiquette course

GMTC graduated a protocol and etiquette course, which lasted for four consecutive days, with the participation of 16 trainees from various security agencies.
During the graduation ceremony, the Commander of CTI Staff Brigadier / Ashraf Abu Sultan, , delivered a speech in which he congratulated the graduates on passing the course, stressing the importance of these specialized courses in raising the efficiency of workers in the protocol field, and enhancing the professional image of the security institution in official forums, stressing that adherence to the rules of protocol and etiquette reflects the level of discipline and institutional professionalism.

The course included a historical introduction to protocol, the relationship between protocol and etiquette, the rules of each, in addition to the qualities and skills required of a protocol officer. It also included advanced topics on the rules of protocol at official events, the protocol for accompanying officials, etiquette for entering legal entities, etiquette for sitting, and how to behave in critical situations.
At the conclusion of the course, certificates were handed over to the trainees, confirmating that such qualitative courses will continue to be held because of their role in developing institutional performance and enhancing security professionalism.
