GMTC graduated the "Foundational Trainer Preparation" course, which was implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Interior Training Center,) with the participation of 13 trainees, as a continuation of the series of joint training programs between the two sides, aimed at preparing lecturers who possess the necessary experience and skills.
The course included several training topics, most notably goals and objectives, lesson line, adult education, training environment, types of trainers, and problematic situations in classrooms, which contributes to developing the participants' capabilities and raising their training efficiency.
In a speech by the Deputy Director of Training at the Ministry of Interior Colonel/ Ashraf Hussein, he stressed the importance of these courses in building qualified training cadres capable of transferring knowledge efficiently and professionally, praising the existing cooperation with GMTC.
For his part, the Commander of CTI staff Brigadier / Ashraf Abu Sultan, stressed GMTC's keenness to implement qualitative training programs in partnership with the Ministry of Interior, which contribute to developing the human cadre and strengthening the training system.
