GMTC concluded a specialized training workshop with the Seventh Battalion, which was held in the Tulkarm Region Command during the period from 2/8/2026 to 2/10/2026, as part of its plan aimed at improving the leadership and professional efficiency of members of the security establishment.
The workshop focused on task analysis procedures, leader briefing, and decision-making mechanisms, which enhance participants' ability to deal with field variables efficiently, professionally and contribute to supporting the operational work system.
The workshop included advanced lectures and practical training, during which realistic models and scenarios were discussed, with the aim of establishing a systematic thinking methodology, enhancing the speed of response and accuracy of decisions in the field.
This workshop comes within the framework of GMTC's ongoing efforts to develop the leadership and professional capabilities of members of the security institution and enhance their field readiness, in line with the requirements of operational work in addition to serve the security and stability of the nation.
