As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency of institutional work and raise the level of readiness GMTC held a specialized workshop for the Control and Inspection Department, with the aim of developing work mechanisms and improving the control system in accordance with approved best practices.
The workshop addressed several main topics, focusing on reviewing organizational procedures and structures, and enhancing inspections and field tours using approved models and standards, including ISO standards, to ensure quality performance and achieve the highest levels of institutional discipline. The workshop witnessed a review of mechanisms for employing modern technology in task management and monitoring workflow.
This workshop comes within GMTC's plan to develop the oversight and inspection system and continuously enhance the quality of institutional performance.
