During the second week of the holy month of Ramadan GMTC held a series of specialized workshops, with the participation of various departments and divisions, as part of ongoing efforts to develop institutional work, improve overall performance and enhance the internal communication and coordination system.
The workshops included holding a special workshop on administration, which addressed ways to develop administrative work and enhance monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, in addition to another workshop for the military police that focused on raising the level of readiness ,discipline and enhancing professional performance.
A joint workshop was also held between the Training and Education Departments, aiming to unify visions on training programs and develop educational plans to suit work requirements.
In the same context, a workshop was organized between the Language Institute and the Education Department, during which mechanisms for developing language teaching programs were discussed to support the academic and training path of members.
The workshops also witnessed a working meeting between oversight, inspection and management, during which ways to strengthen the internal control system and improve follow-up procedures were discussed in a way that contributes to raising the efficiency of institutional work.
At the command headquarters in Ramallah, a workshop was held that brought together representatives from various departments, discussing mechanisms for identifying training needs and ways to build training plans based on a realistic assessment of staff needs, in a way that ensures the development of professional capabilities and improves the quality of performance.
These workshops aimed to develop institutional work, improve performance, enhance communication and coordination between departments, exchange experiences and knowledge, in addition to developing planning mechanisms for training and building the capabilities of cadres in line with the requirements of institutional development and achieving GMTC's strategic objectives.
