Major General Mahmoud Haroun, Head of the GMTC, received Major General Habes Al-Shrouf, Director of the Palestine Institute for National Security Research, as part of the 30th Foundational Leadership Course.
The lecture addressed the concepts of leadership and its importance in security work, in addition to reviewing the most prominent skills that a leader should possess, especially in the areas of decision-making and managing various situations efficiently and professionally.
Major General Al-Shrouf emphasized the importance of the leadership role in strengthening discipline and achieving the goals of the security institution, noting that developing leadership capabilities constitutes a fundamental pillar in building an effective and professional security apparatus.
This lecture is part of GMTC’s vision aimed at preparing leaders capable of facing challenges and raising the level of institutional performance.
