Today, GMTC for the Security Forces graduated the "Protocol and Etiquette" course, which was held at CTI, with the participation of (14) trainees from various security services, within the framework of enhancing the professional and representative skills of members of the security institution.
The course covered a range of cognitive and applied topics. It began with a historical introduction to the concept of protocol and the complementary relationship between it and the etiquette and rules of each, in addition to highlighting the qualities and skills required of a protocol employee.
It also included training on the protocol rules for official occasions, the protocol for accompanying officials, mechanisms for entering legal entities, seating etiquette, and how to behave in critical situations, in addition to the protocol for participating in official banquets, the rules for raising and lowering flags, and an introduction to the most important protocol terms.
In his speech, Staff Lieutenant Colonel/ Ramzi Abu Fara, Assistant Commander of the Institute for Administrative Affairs, stressed that adherence to the rules of protocol and etiquette reflects the level of professionalism and discipline of the security man, and enhances the image and prestige of the security institution in various forums, stressing the necessity of translating what was acquired during the course into practical behavior that is reflected in Daily performance, which consolidates trust and enhances the status of security work.
