GMTC organizes a workshop to prepare training manuals

Today, GMTC organized, at CTI through the Curriculum Department and the Education Department, a specialized workshop entitled "Preparing Training Manuals", in the presence of a number of lecturers and specialists from various relevant agencies and institutions.
The workshop was presented by prof. Mai Rahal from the Environmental Quality Authority, Lieutenant Colonel/ Muhammad Saradih from the Military Medical Services, and Dr. Imad Waridat, from Mufti office of the Security Forces - Ministry of Interior, where they reviewed during the workshop the concept of the training guide and its basic components, in addition to providing practical guidance on the mechanisms for preparing it according to modern scientific and methodological foundations.
The workshop presented specialized models for formulating lesson plans, determining training goals and objectives, in addition to a detailed explanation of the stages of preparing the training curriculum and its parts, which contributes to unifying efforts and raising the efficiency of the training process.
At the conclusion of the workshop, it was agreed with the lecturers to begin preparing training manuals for the subjects they teach at GMTC, while emphasizing the importance of enhancing continuous coordination and cooperation with the Curriculum Design Department, to ensure the production of integrated and high-quality training manuals.
The participants also stressed the great importance of the training manual in supporting trainers and improving the outcomes of the training process, in line with GMTC's objectives in developing the professional competence of members of the security institution.
