GMTC graduated the (30) basic leadership course, with the participation of (28) trainees from various security services, after completing an intensive training program that extended for several weeks at CTI.
The program included a series of theoretical lectures and practical applications that focused on developing leadership skills, raising the level of professional competence and enhancing the ability to make decisions and work within the team environment, through training and field activities designed to hone the leadership performance of participants.
In his speech during the graduation ceremony, staff Major General / Mahmoud Haroun stressed that this course represents a pivotal station in preparing and qualifying young leaders, stressing that investing in qualitative training constitutes a fundamental pillar in building competencies, raising readiness and enhancing the ability to keep pace with the requirements of advanced security work.
The (30) basic leadership course comes within the ongoing training program of GMTC, which aims to build and qualify leaders capable of keeping pace with the requirements of security work and raising the level of efficiency and readiness in various positions of responsibility.
