GMTC issued a Personal Security and Protection Course, which was implemented in cooperation with the Italian training team, with the participation of (33) trainees from various Palestinian security agencies, as part of efforts aimed at developing the professional and specialized competencies of members of the security institution.
The course aimed to enhance practical skills and specialized knowledge in the field of personal security and protection, through an integrated training program that covered a set of specialized topics, most notably: accompanying important persons, securing buildings, securing vehicles and mechanisms for safe access to persons.
In the Italian team's speech, Colonel /Claudio Capello, commander of the Italian training mission, gave a speech in which he praised the level of commitment and discipline shown by the participants, stressing the importance of continuing joint cooperation in developing specialized capabilities.
Colonel/ Mohammed Abu Khamis, Deputy Commander of CTI, also delivered a speech in which he stressed GMTC’s keenness to implement qualitative and specialized programs that contribute to refining the skills of members of the security services, in line with the GMTC's leadership's vision of upgrading the training system and enhancing professional readiness in various security specializations.
