GMTC graduates the (29) Intermediate Leadership Course

Today, GMTC graduated the (29) Intermediate Leadership Course, with the participation of (32) trainees from various Palestinian security services , following the completion of an intensive training program that extended for several weeks at CTI , in the presence of staff Major General /Mahmoud Haroun, Head of GMTC and the Governor of Jericho and the Jordan Valley, Dr. Hussein Hamayel, along with representatives of the security services, international friends and trainers of the leadership training team.
The course aimed to develop the leadership and administrative capabilities of the participating officers, through an integrated training program that included classroom and central lectures, hosting leaders and official figures, in addition to field training and exercises, field visits and volunteer work, which contributes to enhancing professional competence and the ability to make decisions and leadership work in the field.
Brigadier General /Jason Langler, representative of the International Friends, delivered a speech in which he praised the level of commitment and discipline shown by the participants throughout the training period, stressing the importance of investing in building security leadership and enhancing partnership and cooperation in developing professional and specialized capabilities.
The Governor of Jericho and the Jordan Valley, Dr. Hussein Hamayel, also delivered a speech in which he appreciated the role played by GMTC in preparing qualified security cadres capable of assuming responsibility, praising the efforts made in preparing leaders who possess competence, discipline and a spirit of national responsibility.
For his part, staff Major General/ Mahmoud Haroun, Head of GMTC, confirmed that GMTC is continuing to implement qualitative training programs that contribute to preparing security leaders capable of keeping pace with challenges, stressing the importance of investing in the human element as the basic pillar for developing the security institution and enhancing its readiness and professional efficiency.
