GMTC for Security Forces held a specialized workshop for department heads, dedicated to reviewing the governance system and software, the quality management system, and the operational plan for GMTC`s departments, as part of its efforts to develop institutional performance and enhance the efficiency of administrative work.
The workshop discussed the operational plan for GMTC`s departments, its implementation mechanisms, and follow-up of associated performance indicators, in addition to reviewing governance and quality management systems, which contributes to raising the level of institutional performance and improving the quality of services provided.
The participants also discussed ways to develop human cadres and enable department heads to perform their tasks efficiently and effectively, in line with the GMTC's vision of continuous development and consolidating the principles of quality and governance in various fields of work.
The workshop stressed the importance of enhancing integrated work between the various departments and unifying administrative procedures, in order to achieve GMTC`s strategic objectives and raise the level of institutional performance.
