Today, GMTC for Security Forces graduated a skills development course for members of the security services, as part of its efforts aimed at developing the capabilities of members of the security forces and raising their professional competence, in a way that enhances their readiness to carry out their national tasks and duties efficiently and competently.
The course included a set of specialized training topics, including weapons, practical and theoretical tactics, physical fitness, and first aid. The training programs focused on developing the field and practical skills of the participants, through training on the safe use of weapons, applying security tactics, and raising the level of physical fitness, in addition to providing them with first aid skills that enable them to respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
In his speech during the ceremony, Staff Brigadier General/ Ashraf Abu Sultan, Commander of CTI stressed that the institute continues to carry out its training mission in preparing and qualifying members of the security forces according to modern scientific and practical foundations, which contributes to raising their professional efficiency and enhancing their readiness to carry out the tasks assigned to them efficiently and competently.
He pointed out that the skills development course comes within a series of specialized training programs implemented by GMTC and focuses on developing the field, physical and cognitive capabilities of members, in line with the requirements of security work and renewed challenges, stressing that investing in the human element represents the basic pillar in developing the security institution and enhancing its ability to serve the nation and the citizen.
