As part of the training program for members of the 37th Officers Qualification Course, Staff Brigadier General / Ashraf Abu Sultan, Commander of CTI gave a specialized lecture entitled "Military Psychology", during which he discussed the basic concepts of military psychology and its importance in preparing and qualifying security personnel, and enhancing their ability to deal with various circumstances and situations that they may face while performing their duty.
Staff Brigadier General Abu Sultan stressed that military psychology is one of the basic foundations in building the military personality, because of its role in developing self-confidence, enhancing discipline, and raising the level of ability to make decisions under pressure, in addition to consolidating the values of commitment, responsibility, and working in a team spirit.
He also reviewed a number of topics related to the psychological and behavioral aspects of the military, mechanisms for dealing with psychological pressures, and the importance of emotional balance and flexibility in facing challenges, which contributes to raising performance efficiency and enhancing professional readiness.
This lecture comes within the framework of GMTC`s keenness to provide course members with scientific and practical knowledge and skills, which contributes to preparing qualified security cadres who possess professional competence and the ability to perform their tasks efficiently and competently.
