GMTC holds a lecture on gender and enhancing the role of women in the security institution

GMTC held a specialized lecture for members of the 37th Officers Qualification Course, presented by Brigadier/ Rana Al-Khouly, during which it discussed the concept of gender, the role of women in the security institution, and the importance of enhancing their participation in various fields of security work.
Al-Khawli reviewed the development witnessed by women's participation in the security services, and the professional and leadership roles they play that have contributed to supporting the security system, stressing that efficiency and the ability to bear responsibility represent the basis for building an advanced security institution that invests the energies of all its members, and provides a work environment based on justice and equal opportunities.
The lecture also addressed concepts related to gender, their impact on developing institutional performance, and enhancing the culture of partnership and mutual respect within the work environment, in line with national trends aimed at empowering women and enhancing their role in various security work sites, which contributes to raising the efficiency of the institution and consolidating the principles of professionalism and excellence.
