Today, GMTC held a lecture entitled "Communication and Communication Skills" for members of the 30th Intermediate Leadership Course, presented by Major Khawla Al-Fahd, as part of the training program aimed at developing the leadership and administrative skills of the participants.

The lecture discussed the basics of effective communication, its importance in enhancing the work environment, and mechanisms for building communication channels based on clarity and trust, in addition to reviewing listening skills, managing dialogue, and dealing with different communication styles, which contributes to raising the efficiency of leadership performance.

Major / Khawla Al-Fahd stressed that a leader's success is not only linked to his ability to make decisions, but also to his ability to communicate effectively, build positive professional relationships, and deliver messages clearly, which enhances teamwork and improves institutional performance.
