GMTC organized a lecture entitled “Gender” for members of the 30th Intermediate Leadership Course, presented by Ms. Shadia Daraghmeh, Director of International and Public Relations at the Palestinian National School, via Zoom technology.
She reviewed the concept of gender, its importance in promoting justice and equality, and its role in developing a work environment based on equal opportunities and respect for rights, within the framework of enhancing awareness of gender concepts and the importance of integrating them into the security work environment.
This lecture comes within the training program for the 30th Intermediate Leadership Course, which is implemented by the Military Training Authority with the aim of developing the knowledge and skills of participants, and preparing leaders who possess the professional competence and legal awareness necessary to perform their duties efficiently and competently
