GMTC organized a lecture entitled “Palestinian Security Forces Law” for members of the 30th Intermediate Leadership Course, presented by Brigadier General/ Hossam Awad, Head of the Legal Department at the Organization and Administration commission.
During the meeting, he discussed the most important legal provisions regulating the work of the Palestinian Security Forces, and the duties and responsibilities placed on their members.
Brigadier General /Awad reviewed the basic aspects of the law, including the principles governing the performance of the security establishment, the rights and duties of members of the security forces, and mechanisms for implementing the law in accordance with Palestinian legislation and the rule of law.
This lecture comes within the training program for the 30th Intermediate Leadership Course, implemented by GMTC which aims to develop the competence of participants and enhance their knowledge in various security and administrative fields, which is positively reflected in the level of performance and professional readiness.
