As part of the training program for the 43rd Foundation Operations Course, Major Dr. Israa Akl in a training lecture on the topic of strategic planning, its role in determining the future directions of institutions, and translating their vision into clear goals that enhance performance efficiency and decision quality.
Major Dr. reviewed. Israa highlighted the most important pillars of strategic planning, represented by the vision, mission, values and goals, in addition to the importance of setting priorities, employing resources efficiently, and anticipating challenges and variables in a way that enhances the ability to plan and respond effectively.
She also stressed the importance of leaders possessing strategic planning skills as a fundamental pillar in decision-making, unifying efforts, and achieving institutional goals efficiently and effectively.
