Members of the 28 Intermediate Leadership Course have concluded their final exams, which represent the penultimate stage of the evaluation stages, in preparation for completing their training program and preparing for the upcoming graduation ceremony.
The tests included assessing participants' level of familiarity with the leadership and management skills they acquired during the training period, and measuring their ability to employ those skills effectively in practical situations.
Participants will later complete their training program by preparing for the final interviews that will evaluate their competence at the individual level, with the graduation ceremony being held next Wednesday, marking the start of a new phase in their leadership career.
This course comes within the framework of GMTC's efforts to prepare and qualify leadership cadres capable of assuming responsibilities and dealing with incidents efficiently and competently.
