GMTC held interview and testing committees for candidates for external police colleges, in accordance with the approved procedures and system for selecting the best students who meet the required conditions.
The committees' work included a comprehensive medical examination, height and weight measurements, physical fitness and mental health tests, in addition to assessing personality and general culture through personal interviews, with the aim of identifying mental abilities and individual skills and determining the extent of their competence and readiness.
The implementation of these measures comes within the framework of GMTC's keenness to select a distinguished elite of students capable of assuming responsibility and representing the State of Palestine in the best possible way.
