GMTC opens a scout camp with the participation of 65 female students

The joint scouting camp for scouting students was opened at CTI in Jericho and the Jordan Valley Governorate, with the participation of 65 female scouting students, as part of a national partnership that brings together GMTC, the Directorate of Education in Jericho and the Jordan Valley Governorate, and the Scout Commission in the governorate affiliated with the Palestinian Scout Association.
In his speech, Staff Brigadier General / Ashraf Abu Sultan welcomed the attendees, stressing CTI's keenness to support scouting and educational activities, because of their role in building a conscious leadership personality capable of bearing responsibility.
In turn, the team's representative, Jibril Rajoub Al-Sayed Muhammad Abu Suwi, stressed the importance of this joint cooperation in preparing an aware Palestinian generation and enhancing the spirit of belonging and teamwork.
Mr. Muhammad Grove also delivered a speech on behalf of His Excellency the Governor of Jericho and the Jordan Valley, during which he affirmed support for all efforts aimed at refining the capabilities and skills of promising Palestinian youth.
For his part, the Director of the Directorate of Education in Jericho Governorate, Mr. Amjad Khudairi, stressed that the Scouting movement is an essential tributary to the educational process, and contributes to instilling national values and positive behaviors among students.
The camp lasts for three days at CTI and includes an integrated scouting and educational training program, aiming to develop knowledge and build a balanced personality capable of serving the community in a national and voluntary spirit.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the camp's activities were officially announced, marking the start of its training programs according to the approved plan.
