GMTC holds the second administrative review meeting for the quality management system

GMTC held a regular meeting to administratively review the quality management system, headed by Staff Major General / Mahmoud Haroun, the head of GMTC, as part of GMTC's commitment to implementing the requirements of the international quality management standard ISO 9001:2015.
This is the second meeting of the administrative review of the quality management system, during which a number of basic issues related to improving the quality of institutional performance were reviewed and discussed, including a review of the measures taken at the previous meeting, and changes in internal and external issues affecting the quality management system.
The meeting also included a presentation of statistical performance indicators, the results of measuring the satisfaction of service beneficiaries, and the extent to which quality objectives were achieved, in addition to evaluating the performance of operations, conformity of products and services, cases of non-conformity, corrective and preventive measures, the results of monitoring and measurement operations, and all internal and external audit work, in addition to evaluating the performance of suppliers.
The meeting also reviewed the adequacy of available resources, the effectiveness of measures taken to address risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement, which would enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of GMTC's quality management system.
The meeting resulted in a number of important decisions related to improvement opportunities, proposed changes to the quality management system, and a study of the resources needed to implement them. The administrative review process was documented electronically, resulting in the minutes of an official, approved meeting.
The meeting topics were reviewed by director of the Planning and Quality Department Colonel / Tayseer Muqbil, , in the presence of the Security Forces Training GMTC's Advisor for Quality and Governance, Dr. Alaa Abu Al-Rab.
