His Excellency the President received the annual report on the achievements of GMTC for the year 2025, during his reception at the presidential headquarters of a delegation from GMTC's leadership headed by staff Major General/ Mahmoud Haroun and his deputy, Brigadier /Bassam Al-Jarbi, along with a number of senior officers.
During the meeting staff Major General/ Haroun reviewed the most prominent achievements made in the report during the past year, which included developing training programs, modernizing the military qualification system and working to raise the efficiency of members of the security institution in accordance with the latest professional standards, in line with the Palestinian leadership's orientations towards building a professional security institution capable of performing its tasks with high efficiency.
The Chairman of GMTC stressed the continuation of work on implementing development plans and consolidating the concepts of military discipline and professionalism, noting that the results achieved came thanks to the continuous follow-up and support provided by the Palestinian leadership to the security establishment.
For his part, the President praised the efforts made by the leadership and officers of GMTC stressing the need to continue building on the achievements made, in a way that enhances the readiness and efficiency of the security cadres and contributes to consolidating the basic of security and stability.
