Major General Mahmoud Haroun, Head of GMTC for the Security Forces, received Ms. Natalia Fraga, Head of the Sub-Delegation in the West Bank, and Mr. Ashraf Dwaibes, Program Coordinator, at the Central Training Institute.
As part of efforts to enhance legal knowledge among security personnel, Ms. Carol Najarian, Legal Advisor to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), delivered a specialized lecture via Zoom. The lecture covered the legal consultations offered by the ICRC and its mechanisms for supporting legal and humanitarian efforts.
Mr. Mohammed Abdullah, Media Officer, also spoke about the role of media in covering legal and humanitarian work and the importance of conveying awareness messages professionally and responsibly.
The lecture targeted participants in the 29th Intermediate Leadership Course, part of its training program aimed at developing professional skills and enhancing legal awareness among members of the security services.
