As part of the preparations for the conclusion of their training program, participants in the 29th Intermediate Leadership Course underwent their final examinations, which are a crucial step in assessing their readiness and preparedness before fulfilling graduation requirements
During the examinations, the Head of GMTC Staff major general / Mahmoud Haroun, conducted an inspection tour, reviewing the examination procedures and the evaluation mechanisms employed. He emphasized the importance of this stage in measuring the participants' level of knowledge and skills acquisition, and their ability to apply the leadership and administrative knowledge and experience they gained during the training program.
Staff Major General/ Haroun affirmed the GMTC's commitment to preparing qualified professional leaders capable of efficiently and effectively assuming field and administrative responsibilities, in accordance with the latest approved training methods and standards.
These examinations are part of a series of evaluation phases aimed at measuring the participants' comprehension and enhancing their readiness to undertake future leadership roles.
