As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen national belonging and build a conscious and qualified generation, GMTC opened its first summer camp, entitled “Martyrs of National Duty – Protecting the Homeland,” dedicated to the children of security personnel.
The camp was inaugurated in the presence of staff Brigadier General/ Ashraf Abu Sultan, Commander of CTI, who emphasized that these camps represent an important step in instilling values of belonging and national loyalty, and in developing the children's character through purposeful educational, awareness-raising, and recreational programs and activities.
He pointed out that the focus on this group aligns with the vision of the Head of GMTC staff Major General /Mahmoud Haroun, which aims to invest in human capital and cultivate a generation possessing awareness, discipline, and the ability to serve the nation efficiently and effectively.
The camp includes a range of educational, cultural, sports, and recreational activities that contribute to developing teamwork, enhancing communication skills, and utilizing leisure time in a beneficial way for the participants. GMTC continues Military training implements its specialized programs in partnership with various relevant entities, within the framework of its mission aimed at supporting the children of security personnel and building a generation that carries the message of the nation and takes pride in its sacrifices
