The Leadership Training Team held a workshop to evaluate the training impact on graduates of the 23rd Senior Officers Course, at the Police Department's Guard Department building in Ramallah, with the participation of course graduates.
Brigadier General / Samer Freihat and Brigadier General/ Riyad Nazzal stressed the importance of the senior officers course and its role in developing the performance of members of the security institution, while the workshop focused on measuring the impact of the course in the cognitive and applied fields, the job position and the relationship with superiors and subordinates, in addition to the field of scientific research.
An electronic form was also filled out to measure a number of indicators and benefit from graduates' observations in developing the material for the senior officer’s course and improving its training outcomes.
