GMTC holds the second administrative review session and discusses developing the administrative system and enhancing business continuity

GMTC held the second administrative review session for the first half of 2026, with the aim of ensuring that the administrative system and its components are aligned with the vision and objectives of GMTC`s general strategy and ensuring the adequacy of the human, financial and logistical resources necessary to implement the operations and tasks assigned to it.
The session also discussed measuring the impact of operational performance on the quality system and its compliance with governance system requirements, ensuring enhanced institutional performance and achieving the GMTC`s objectives.
The session came out with a set of recommendations aimed at developing the administrative system, enhancing business continuity, and raising the level of response to the requirements and needs of the security institution, which contributes to improving institutional performance and achieving the highest levels of quality and effectiveness.
