The head of GMTC Staff Major General / Mahmoud Haroun, received the Swedish Consul General in Jerusalem, Sophie Becker, on a visit aimed at enhancing communication and opening new horizons for joint cooperation, in a way that serves the areas of training, capacity building, and exchange of experiences.
During a field tour of GMTC`s facilities, the guest delegation was briefed on the training system and qualification programs implemented by GMTC and listened to an explanation about the advanced training capabilities and the role played by GMTC in preparing and qualifying members of the security institution in accordance with the latest professional methods and standards.
The meeting discussed ways to develop bilateral relations and future cooperation opportunities in areas of common interest, which would contribute to supporting efforts to develop the training system and strengthening partnerships with international bodies.
At the conclusion of the visit, the two sides expressed their appreciation for this visit, stressing the importance of continuing communication and expanding areas of cooperation in a way that achieves common interests and enhances the exchange of experiences.
